What is waiting 15secs good for again? I couldn't understand. Edit: I followed the tutorial and it worked in my map. Thanks! Another edit: I don't know if this is related but after I integrated the footstep sounds, a bug happened. I use the script "Lemony's Sound Emitting Events" and now the sound emitting events don't stop emitting sounds when I'm far away. Even so the events are not too loud so it doesn't bother me. I wonder if this is related to using the position of the player.
