Oh yeah, this place was for sale without a garage about two years ago. They added a garage and around TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND POUNDS to the asking price, (look it up for yourself) despite prices coming down in the area. It’s LAUGHABLE. 🤣😂🤣😂

Just seen a very similar property to this one in Battle, except it’s not on a main road, not with this agency, very similar amount of land! It’s listed at 900k so I would probably concur with the above comment. This agency seems very expensive. I’ve seen a number of other properties on their books, all seemingly somewhat over priced. I don’t understand why some agencies do this.

Somebody should tell Warner Grey (and a few others out there) that the post covid bubble has now ended! These guys are still living in dreamland on prices, which is probably why many of their properties are still sitting there gathering dust months and months later. If they got back to reality they might sell a few more tbh.

Warner Gray and Harpers & Hurlingham both have CRAZY valuations for their properties IMO, which is why I’d NEVER buy from either agency as I am sure I’d be paying well over the odds.

I’ve been watching the property market in this area for a while now and it’s become very apparent that when I see a Warner Gray property for sale I can assume that it’s vastly over priced. All this agent seems to list is overpriced homes to the point where I’m seeing Warner Gray and just switching off immediately. Same thing applies to Harpers and Hurlingham.

Where do they pluck these prices from?! This is even more ridiculously priced than some of Warner Grey’s other properties, and that’s really saying something!! The message seems to be, if you want to pay vastly over the odds, buy from Warner Grey! It’s a joke.

I don’t know where this agency plucks their figures from but you can guarantee that if Warner Gray are marketing your property they will over value it by hundreds of thousands. Their figures are frankly laughable.
