In my area they like s minimum of 18' from ground to lowest service conductor.
How the hell do you guys adjust something like that. Do you actually go in and price the damage per piece then deduct it from the last appraisal? Seems like it can be pretty tedious

that is a 3m versaflow positive airflow mask. they cost about $1000 bux and have a battery powered filtered air pump that hooks on your belt. this pumps filtered air into the mask to positively charge it with air so you cannot suck in particles from around the face gasket. Its the kinda mask you buy when you are tired of the standard 3m full face mask fogging up on you when you are working hard with it on.
This is great to know, I’ve never seen the effects of smoke damage without fire damage. Public Adjusters perform an absolutely critical service for homeowners.
