We went to El Vendrell with our friend Ramon to see the human towers. A spectacular tradition that is UNESCO recognised as of cultural importance. Quite nerve racking to watch, but also totally amazing.

We arrived in Italy and our first visit is to Ostia Antika the ruined Roman city. After that we moved to Monterovi necropolis, an underground burial site.

We visit this fantastic. The sheer amount of tombs in the same area was amazing. I like to be able to go inside the tombs and explore. You can easily get lost in the complex while you wander through the roads and paths. It is great!

Built and designed by the artist Niki de saint Phalle . She built the garden in 1998. It was inspired by Anthoni Gaudi the Spanish architect.

We take a trip to Toronto. We also go to see our mate Ady in Hamilton, and then on to Niagara falls. When this was filmed the technology was slightly less HD as was the editing!
Jumilla Wine Festival, feria y Fiesta 2024

We visit the Jumilla Feria y Fiesta. It is a local celebration of local wines and in honour of La Virgen de la Asuncion. The festival lasts over a week. It has events to please most people. A great band called Bombai played on the Friday night, but the main event for us was the wine parade. You wear more wine than you drink! The locals are very friendly, and its a great place to visit for bodeg...
Insta360 camera test on a BMW R1200RS

This was my first ride on my BMW R1200RS with an Insta360 one rs camera. I was mounted on my wing mirror with a Telesin clamp mount. I used an Insta360 remote with GPS for the on screen data.

we went up to the ski slopes and came across some kids practicing their skiing. They don't look as if they need too much practice to me!

Fabulous video guys, but why did the organisers waste time visiting the Stella Artois brewery in Leuven when there were so many better places you could have visited in the limited time available? 😂
As we are followers not leaders the organisers would have to answer this question. But to be fair it was a 10 min walk from the hotel, the guide was excellent, we also had Victoria beer plus Fruit Kwak (there were 2 others available) and bought interesting beers in their shop.

Wakefield CAMRA has been organising trips to Belgium every year since 1993 (apart from the Covid hit years) and has visited 112 breweries in that time, normally small micros in the middle of nowhere but larger ones also. This was the 5th time staying in Leuven and the group had never visited the Stella Artois brewery, it had to happen at some point! It was actually a good visit.

Which bike won?????
Vmax won that race. My mate was the more experienced rider at the time, so he usually beat me off the line but I reeled him in with the extra power. Overall it was pretty even over a days racing there would only be 1 win difference. Great fun! Might be different now as I have a Vmax 1700. Might try it later this year.

Hi Jaq, nice to hear from you. We have not been in Spain since March. The way things are going it may be a while before we get over again! We hope early next year. I have only posted a few flights from a Scotish trip this year. It would nice to fly in the sunshine again!

Well, how did you like my hometown? :D The blocky building at 7:42 is the Municipality building, the old building next to it is the Military Club, built in the beginning of the 20th century. Starting from 8:10, the building to the right with the flag on it is the regional police department, and "The Luxury Room" is actually a disco in the basement of that building (commercial/offices) - there used to be a cinema there when I was a kid. :(. To the left of it is the main Post Office (the signs on the rooftop say "post - telegraph - telephone - radio"). The statue and the large concrete tower are remnants of a major project to build a trade center and other public buildings from the late 1980s that fell apart together with the communist regime. Hi nice to hear from you! We thought it was a great place. The monument at the top of the hill was incredible. we liked the covered outdoor seating in the bars down from the luxury room. We also found some nice restaurants. We had a great time in Bulgaria in general, Nice people ,good food , great bars and great scenery! What more can you ask for?

We had planned to go back this year. But will see how restrictions go. We still have flights in place for September. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Armenia and Georgia are also on our to do list.

How much does that drone cost?
Hi Mitar, I got it on eBay, about £90. To fly that distance I use my phone with a WiFi extender. You could use a skycontroller but they are quite large. I have made a small box to take my drone on hikes.I like the drone but you have to plan longer flights as the battery only lasts 10 minutes. I would like a Bebop 2 at sometime as the battery lasts 25 minutes. I hope that helps. Cheers Peter
