What kind of flour did you use?
I think for this one it was caputo 00 pizza flour. But i've had good results with any supermarket bread/pizza flour.

Technics pianos suck? SXP30 is the lightest most reliable weighted 88 Key Stage Piano I know. I've used mine professionally for years (both in studio and on stage) and it's never let me down. Was even dropped on the tarmac once after being unloaded off a plane, with no noticeable scratches. Plugged it in and it worked like a charm. These babies are built to last! Still sounds okay without the leslie. I was thinking of getting one myself, the old organs in the L-series, especially the L-100 are quite affordable these days. You just keep saving up for a time and you'll have yourself a pretty little leslie! =D
Its a spinet organ so the keyboard doesn't go down that low unfortunately

Love the vid! I also have the SX-P30 and its a wonderful digital piano. Too bad there isn't much info out there on them and not many people have them anymore. Mines still solid as ever and going strong though. Definitely a fun piano worth having!
