Gym Day for the Vlog!
It was actually really hard for me to find a way to shoot a gym vlog without it being a usual video I make for gyms. Usually they're hype videos with flares and transitions but going along with the Vibes of this season of videos, I wanted it to be more calm :)
Speaking of which. The gym is one of the best places that i have at my disposal to release any anxiety. If you bring anxiety in to the gym there's a good chance it'll get left behind if you do a good workout. I've done this numerous times.
If you're feeling off, trying doing some exercise and see if it's able to get your mind off things. Your mind will be too focused to focus on any of the other things haha.

Today I had the morning off, so I decided to do a video of my morning. Sept 14 2023 Chest Day Flat Bench Press 5-6 Sets of 6-12 Reps Incline DB Flies 3-5 Sets of 15-30 Reps Goal for the day is muscle building, strength in the Flat Bench Press, and more awareness of the upper chest (really focusing on Incline DB Press with high reps). Cut: Down to 174lbs today from 180lbs at my peak a couple weeks ago. Goal is still 165lbs-160lbs.
