Thanks for the great information. My son is already in college but I still enjoy your videos. You're one of the few good guys in this business.

My son has severe dyslexia and an IEP, he loves technical type careers, ie. Welding technology, he is also a very good baseball player 2026, and has a few colleges looking but not seriously talking to yet. Will c9lleges accommodate his learning disability or his college baseball career over? He was talked to by southern Connecticut state univ. And bryant university. Not sure how to go about bringing this up to college coaches.

Coach...if you narrow it down to your history, D1, the portal has DESTROYED high school baseball player recruiting. Bummer that it took you 2:40 to speak the truth. I also beg to differ on the 7-10. What coaches are doing is bringing players in "for look", only to tell them to leave after one semester.

How many players will teams be able to carry? Can a player be on the team just not on the roster?

I don't get the argument that it will be costing schools that much more money. If you have 34 scholarships, just admit 34 more students into gen pop than you normally would. Makes sense, right?

Maine’s Falmouth team - great team, on your list but didn’t read it out loud. Sent multiple players to D1 schools in recent years with great underclassmen coming up.

In year's past, I might have agreed with this. But now with the transfer portal, schools at all levels are spending their summers trying to recruit guys out of the transfer portal and then turning their focus to the high school kids in the Fall. Kids now would actually be better off playing in some type of "free" baseball league like American Legion or Babe Ruth in the Summer and saving their money to play travel baseball in the Fall. I can say from my experience that Fall Travel baseball in 2023 and 2024 has been / will be 100% worth it.

That definitely makes a lot of sense. I have found that most of these camps at colleges are just clinics, they list them as “prospect camps” but they are really only clinic type things. Do you have a video on how to find good quality showcases at colleges or third party ones? Thank you!

3rd party showcase is a scam. Our invite from a college coach to attend a showcase came from the showcase and not the coach. Your reply gets forwarded to the coach and likely goes to his spam.

High school kids don't have a chance to compete against a 230pound 6.4 college players it's over for 180 pound 5.9 High School players
