One of the newer buildings is the sail-shaped Aston Martin Residences.
A 66-story skyscraper and the tallest all-residential building south of New York City. The building features a helipad on the roof and a full-service marina that can accommodate superyachts. The building contains 391 residences, with 99% of those residences have been sold as of 6 May, 2024. The only one remaining is the triplex penthouse unit which includes the last ever Aston Martin Vulcan with purchase.
Also within Bayfront Park is reconstruction work of the previous fountain there. The fountain originally opened in 1990, but by 2007 it was converted to a base for hot air balloon rides.
The new fountain is scheduled to be opened within 2025.
