Hi My issue is how to replicate about 5 completed fields in one PDF document to other separate 10 or 20 pdf documents. (the names and positions of the fileds to treplicate in the one document, are identical in the other (identical) documents too.)

Dear @mauriziofidanza1743, The CAML filtering is done on the server - when you apply the filter, the items are fetched from the server with the filter applied. There are some known limitations when working with over 5,000 items in a SharePoint Online List, make sure that the filtered columns are indexed to make it work.

For a life of me i can not find generated document despite all reports being ok . The part where one has to specify a folder in plumsail account is not really clear and so rushed

Hi, to insert a token into a Word document, you need to create a template and manually place the token in the desired location. The token format {{value}:html} is used to integrate HTML or rich text data into the document. More information about Word template syntax can be found in our documentation ➡shorturl.at/bQ0Ln
is it poslible to insert in one document multiple list lines ? (For example if template contained table repeat )

Action to create docx document from template is not available in power automate. Can you please help with that?

The video doesn't seem to match the audio instructions. For example the person talking instructs the viewer on how to add a signature to their responses, but the video just shows a user adding a youtube video to the notes. Further, there is audio instruction on how to setup canned responses, but again the video doesn't match.

I am using trail version, List and library controls is missing in left panel/navigation .. I am using Form designer client version is 3.1.5, is it missing in trail or already removed in latest version
Very helpful video. I am new to PlumSail forms for SharePoint and by far have enjoyed working with it. I have one query about publishing forms to external customers. I just created a form and used lookup function and it works fine and I am able to test it. Now I want to send someone a link to this form so they can fill the form out for me and I can test whether it is working or no. How do I achieve this?? I want them to see just the form and nothing else. Please guide.

Can you add javascript files or Webparts?
Dear Christos, Sure, you can use JavaScript either directly or attach files. The product includes rich JS API with lots of events, and custom properties and methods for various fields and controls. We also include jQuery and pnp-js libraries on our forms. Web parts are not supported currently though.
