that thing is heavy, and the freaking breaks is tiny as hell... combine that weight with the person riding that, good luck. that person in charge for picking the breaks should be fired instantly.
The Magura MT5e hydraulic brakes? You need to test ride it so you can see for yourself. When riding at 45mph I hit the brakes, and it came to a complete stop in about 25ft. Typical stopping distance for that speed in a car or motorcycle is approximately 135ft. Take the bike for a test ride, you will see!
What has better acceleration this or ristretto 512?
Good question! I reckon the 512, however it was December when I did the 512 test ride, so I need to ride it again to be certain. I should get my 512 this month, I'll be doing a thorough review, and I'll also do a Graffiti X Comparison video, so stay tuned.

The bike looks amazing but would that be illegal after the new law on e-bikes is passed?
My understanding of the proposed law is that there may be a license required for e-bike owners in the future, however, I don’t believe that law has been passed yet. I am not aware of any e-bikes being made illegal, and it would not make sense as there are far more powerful vehicles on the road. I do recommend reading up on the laws and checking with Lyric cycles if you are thinking about getting a bike like this.

Not until I receive the bike
I just saw a video of a guy who had a hard time getting his money back because of this Chinese vaporware. We need an honest review of the actual product, not some prototypes.
When should they start being delivered? Considering ordering now. What will the maintenance be like on the motor.
They say late April to me for delivery. I’m sure the motor will require some maintenance, what type and how much, I’ll find out as I go.
Maybe I missed it, but do both models have the same top speed? I'd prefer the 20" wheels, but not if it's slower.
The A20 in this video was a prototype, and they had it capped at 28 mph (for some reason). It did go faster, but that was just because I was going downhill. They said that the A20s that they deliver will go 40 mph.

$4000 😳!!!! Wtf are these guys thinking? Anyone hear of market research? Price needs to be closer to $2000, much closer. As is, the risotto is DOA.
What e-bikes can you find for $2k that compete with this? I’m curious as I’d like to test ride them. It’s too late for them to be DOA, they have sold a bunch of these already, there are hundreds of owners eagerly awaiting their deliveries.

Hub drive Super73 are $3,500. These bikes are far better in theory
Gen 4 cyc motors are £1200 pounds sterling alone and that's around $1500,so how you pricing ebikes, these middrive are the best on the market as of yet so you think you can build a quality bike like this for less than 2k,this is quality with quality componants gone into the build not cheap nasty basement shimano spec or Chinese named parts
The motor alone is $1,200+. Stay off the weed.

Hey dude, thanks for watching my video, I don’t work for the company, so this is an unbiased review. However, as mentioned in the video, this is only a review of the test, so it’s limited. According to the Ristretto website, bikes will be delivered in January.
I think if you order one they START delivering end of January, so I wouldn’t hold my breath. I’d put money on end of Feb -> Early March tbh (that way you’re less likely to be disappointed lol)
You should look at the GT20 e-bike not that much content on it yet I think it would be pretty nice for those who don’t have a lot of money
It looks like they’re based in Hong Kong, and it seems like they’re delivery only, so I don’t think it’s possible to test ride one. Thanks for watching my vid!

This isn’t a review and there hasn’t been a review. He only was allowed to test ride the bike for a few hours. That’s like playing a video game for a few hours and reviewing it when you haven’t even gotten to the end or seen if it holds up til the credits roll.
