What about ventilation? Any issues on that work basement apartments?
Most basements have widows above ground level, so ventilation is typically not a problem. The ones that have most of their room below ground are called cellars anyways and there are serious restrictions to renting out those kind of space as they are not considered habitable by the govt

Google Sheets is such a lifesaver! I love how clean and functional it is, and the ability to have my files in the cloud so I can access them on any computer. Really nice walkthrough Symplii, building a budget like this is a great step in a personal finance journey, and you explained the process so well! 👍 7, keep up the great work! 😊
