Ljs consumer (less than semi regularly) here but i do agree, its a mystery as to how they are open. Doesnt matter what time you go, or what town your in, LJS is NEVER occupied. This is mostly why i go, a pure hatred of lines lol. Its not bad, the cost is ok, and food wait time isnt bad. I love long johns, but they've really been on the decline for awhile now. They got ranked like the most unhealthy fast food place in the USA like 15 years ago, and that was really when they started losing steam. But really, battered chicken/fish with ketchup and fries, greasy hushpuppies, love it. Also, they are essentially famous for just fish and chips, which is arguably the favorite comfort food of an entire country (UK), so you can't say they're that out of left field just because you never been there.
