I think I have gum overgrowth on my molars but my front teeth look like they have gum recession 🫠🫠 I floss and brush properly so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I will say, it is hard for me to properly floss my molars, even with platypus floss, so that might explain that. But I don’t understand why I’m having gum recession.

At age 38, my right big front upper tooth is slanting and touching my left big front tooth putting pressure on it so it hurts I went to a dentist who seemed unexperienced as she took 4 x-rays of my front teeth and after discussing with a colleague they could not find anything wrong. I got her to sand down the tooth so it had a 1mm gap. I normally had a pretty big gap(2mm between front teeth) It lasted a week and now it's touching again. What on earth should I do?
