Your thumbnail is not New Glenn or Starship. And what are you talking about "taking the lead"? Starship has flown 6 times And SpaceX is far into the lead. New Glenn is also only partially reusable, Its basically a big Falcon 9. Even if this launch is successful They are still way behind SpaceX.

When there are passenger authorised flight they better be granted safe landing, and if they have that then landing on a pad next to the laugh tower should be very safe and easy.with a few lightweight stabilisers. We are not talking about landing legs, no need for that, we are talking about stabilisers.

Both tanks spaces could be utilised without much difficulty if mounting points were pre-welded during construction as well as removable hatch cover blanks to the tanks.
