8 Ball BCA League (7-10-24)
I got down to the 9 ball and I'm not sure what happened. Should have been out with the 8 ball in the open. This shows the importance of focusing.

Week of 7-3 I definitely did not have a good night. I'm not sure what was keeping me from focusing. I lost this game as well. All night I kept making little mistakes and each one was costing me the game.

I definitely did not take advantage of ball in hand towards the end of the game for the win. Left my self bad and lost.

I struggled mentally in this rack. There is something to be said when it has been a long day and you're mentally exhausted trying to get through the rack.

I was close to getting out on this rack. When I shot the 10 ball I wanted to stun into the 3 ball but ended up drawing the cue to much, leaving a bad shot on the 8 ball.

This game went a little long. I missed the first attempt at a bank on the 8 ball and almost lost because of it. I had another chance at the 8 ball bank for the win.

Hey Mahlon it looks like I’m seeing a dream lol.
In my opinion and on your table, I would have cheated that last ball into the corner pocket with follow to run back up to cut the 8 in the opposite bottom corner pocket. Or, draw back 6 to 10 inches and take the hard cut into the bottom corner pocket like it was always meant to be. Nice shooting besides the 8 which can be a loss in less than 30 sec... Keep on practicing and it will all come together as I have learned with most of my teams and all shooters.
After watching it back I agree, I hope to learn from this.
What is the definition of a “kick shot”?
