      Hi! I normally rely on getting the 140F internal temperature instead of time. I used to time when I roast but I always end up getting raw or overcooked meat. But to give you an idea, I would say this is roughly about 50min. Thanks for dropping by!

    Mackerel is so healthy with a lot of healthy fat. Why destroying that with frying it in THAT much oil? It could easily fry in its own oil if the cook is not hasty, just 10 to 12 minutes.

      @@tomatoskitchen Sure, u can say that again. I'm just learning as well. TBH ur fish looks and I'm sure tastes so delicious and beautiful but the healthier the better. (I do recommend using an air-fryer with no oil added.) BTW, thanks for ur response. 🍀

      Hi Angela, it is really tender and juicy! Also has a really good flavor. I guess because moose doesn't eat any processed food and just consumes what it finds in nature.

    Temperature is 250 degree Celsius or Fahrenheit for 2:30 hrs? I don't have broil setting in my oven. What can I do?

      Hi @SudeeptoDas That's 250 Fahrenheit for 2hrs and 30minutes. If you dont have broil settings, you can grill it. If you want to use your oven, put your ribs on the top rack, increase temp around 500fahrenheit, and leave the oven door with a small opening. The goal is just to brown it and make sure it doesn't burn.

      Hello! Great question! This way of cooking chicken is traditionally significant for the Igorots (Indigenous people of the Cordilleran region here in the Philippines). This is usually done for offering to Kabunyan (God) while asking favors. The gut, particularly the liver and bile, should be intact in order for the elders to read the offerer's fortune. Thank you!

    remove the rib cage, fins and pin bones. its an extra step but makes eating much easier and enjoyable.
