Whenever I apply lipstick or lipgloss after an hour I see a whitish residue or film forming on the inner part of the lower lip and at the corners of the lips ,I always have to wipe it and it keeps forming do you have any idea ? Also, I do gently scrub my lips so I'm unable to figure out why it's happening.

I have a combination to oily, acne prone and sensitive skin too but still cetaphil doesn’t suit me. My skin still remains congested. Thinking of using an oil cleanser to double cleanse. Any suggestions? Also which spot corrector was that? I only use a sunscreen, lip tint and blush too.
