10 years ago, I used to swear blind by Paula's Choice. My routine consisted solely of their products, and I would recommend them to anyone who would listen. Around 2019, I stopped using their products. In my opinion, things started to go awry when they released an eye cream, but by this point, Paula was no longer the CEO. I no longer use them for every single reason you've listed. Their integrity has vanished, and they're like every other brand now.

She owes so many brands an apology. Shes gave shit to brands and now does what they did. I remember she blasted a brand for using only a small amount of retinol in thier serum in the 90s, saying too low concentration, thats its probably less than 2%. Also Ill never forgove her for blasting denat. alcohol in prooducts. Her research was never good or accurate.

I swear, Clarins are on a reformulation suicide mission...simpler, definitely less effective formulas of their cult products (maybe to reduce cost of goods?). I have not tried their latest double serum but their previous 'new' generation has far, far to much fragrance.

A long time after i found a proper men skincare channel who actually knowledgeable about skincare products and know its important for a men. By the way your tone of speaking is really good and your voice is melidious.

I’ve been using this riceberry cream from liettleextra for a while now, in both summers and winters, and I like it a lot. These days, I use it occasionally for the lovely glow it gives my skin, but it was a lifesaver, especially during the winter months. My skin tends to be very dry during winter, and no moisturizer, even the richest ones, could help with the dryness. But, this cream has a rich, creamy texture and gives a subtle sheen to the face while keeping it moisturized. There were times when it was too cold for me to get out of the sheets and get through a long skincare routine, and this moisturizer came to the rescue. I’d definitely choose this in the winter months. It’s perfect for the summer, as it won’t make you sweat or feel heavy on my face. I’m so happy I found this cream.

Am finding your channel and product reviews super helpful - thank you! Stopped using La Prairie years ago when they changed their formulas, stopped including cellular extracts and really turned up the fragrance. Clarins needs to get back to basics too - they have sadly changed some of their best-selling traditional products so that they don't work as effectively as they used to.

Have you tried anything from Glytone? I know it's a bit of an old lady derm brand, but I find their glycolic acid products to be by far the most effective. They disclose the free acid value and the mini-peel in particular makes me sooo glowy without much irritation.

Great video! I love to hear your honest thoughts. I don't feel like you are trying to sell us anything like so many others on UA-cam. I couldn't use the Gleanser on my face. It left such a residue. I used it some as a body wash, then ended up tossing it before I finished it. I just didn't like the feel of it. I think I'm in the minority......
