This plane can definately get some decent flight times. I try to fly smart batteries in it to get telemetry, usually get about 6 1/2 minutes on a 4000 6s. Thanks for watching!

Most of my takeoffs and landings are done in Safe. If you do use safe for takeoff, I have adjusted my rudder on high rates to 110-120% on most of my warbirds, helps to control the p factor. Also, use gradual power when taking off, much more likely to get a straight and scale takeoff if you do. Thanks for watching!

Most of the video on this one was shot by Part Timer ( my wife ) using my Samsung S23 phone. The action camera on my head is an Insta 360 Ace Pro which I recommend. It actually has a 2x zoom on it and can record up to 8k. We use 4k most of the time. Appreciate the Sub and thanks for watching!

There will be more flights on the Channel with this jet, adjusted as3x settings and it fly's better now. Had default factory settings for the maiden. The background noise is part of flying in public spaces, but definitely hope to get another video out soon, maybe a twilight flight? Thanks for Watching!

Never flown at a place without obstacles. Nearest RC field with a hard surface runway is an hour away, so obstacles have always been part of the challenge. Curbs have been my nemesis.

This plane really does land nice. It is a delta wing, once you learn how to land one, it generally applies to most delta wings. This one seems to land better than most though. Thanks for watching!

I haven't. There is no suspension on the gear., so if you are not nice to it, I'm assuming that is a week point

I have not had a problem. While this is one of my favorite 1.2m's to fly, I don't fly it every time I am out flying, as I try to fly / rotate through the planes I have ( Part Timer says I have too many planes. Is there such a thing? (: )

No doubt I would not be in the hobby if we didn't have foamies. Most people do not have time to build a balsam model. May be someday when I am retired, I'll give it a shot. Wish Eflite/Horizon would release any EDF jet that is not a Viper ( done with that airframe ) or a micro.

It is pretty amazing how well these UMX planes fly these days, Especially compared to the UMX Mig of just a few years ago. Still have that one in a box somewhere, might see if I can get it airborne. BTW, Thanks for subscribing!

Right! This is an FMS plane done for Horizon. FMS released V2 over a year ago, but only in the Chinese market. Horizon needs to release any EDF that is not a Viper at this point

My one hope for the reason FMS didn't release it is because maybe they will let Horizon re-release it. But thought that would have happened by now. Especially given the lack of Larger EDF's released by Horizon in the last 2 years.

no doubts! I have come close a couple of times, but this is the 1st time I have done that,. Check out the 1.2 Mustang video I have. I think the plane litteraly flew by within a foot of her and she didn;t bail, got quite a shot!

Yeah, landed way to close to me, lost attitude perception. Likely that was a wing stall, not a wind / rudder issue.

Some people think they have gold because they have something discontinued. Somebody on Wisconsin Facebook has the F18 Blue Angels 80MM, for a $1000. He started last fall at $1500. You would think that after having it posted for a year you might get the idea that you have overpriced it......crazy!

This one wasn't cheap, was listed at $450, got it for $400. They usually seem to be listed for $350-$450 if they are in good shape. This one is, just need to quit running into the Part-Timer.

Assuming you mean the prop shaft when you refer to the "stinger"? Do you have this boat? External prop shaft mount is not adjustable. If it is adjustable on the inside, it can't be easy by the looks of it. Next posted run will feature bending the stock trim tabs, will likely get adjustable trim tabs over the winter for this boat to get the best results.

Are you using an xt30 to EC2? If so, are you getting any battery telemetry with the hobby king packs?

wait a minute, not an IC2 on this, confusing with the Micro F86, where did you get the JT /xt30 adapter?

@@MarksAultimateRC Ali Express. I’m on the East coast of Canada and I got them in 3 weeks. I get a lot of adapters and connectors from there cheap never any problems.

Have you actually looked at the Sonic Wake 36? Direct competitor to this boat, more features runs better out of the box, telemetry, HAS A DRAIN PLUG, better transmitter, for less money. You can't be serious........ Never had one sink that's all I run, wow man.

AND it has a metal prop........................
