Rock Chalk Chant at Allen Fieldhouse
Переглядів 25 тис.10 років тому
Best chant in sports. Go Jayhawks.
Thanks for sharing your expedition, on Everest. It's a challenge for anyone, especially, if the weather starts going sideways.💛
Watched Adrians K2 documentary..What a cool guy..Perseverance plus!!
Amazing athletes, they put it all on the line for their sport.
I love when people are so openly super-gay
Ballinger - best accent ever. I could listen to him talk all day 😂
This is my favorite chant. I love old Rock Chalk Jayhawk.
These two should have just 69 ‘d at the summit and had a sculpture made later. Ego-a-go-go !
Use O2 for your brain cells.
No Sherpas, no climb!
This is such an outstandingly good video! How well told and how instructive! Congratulations Adrian and Cory (and Monica) and your amazing Sherpas! You are all great and I am really looking forward to your next expeditions! Congratulations and all the best! 😊😊 (I am physically handicapped, which of course is not always that easy. Reports like yours help someone like me enormously! Thank you very much for your openness and honesty! The mental side in particular is so important.) 😊
Excellent! Thank you very much! very good that you were clever enough to turn back when it unfortunately became necessary. Which is certainly difficult when someone has come this far. But that really makes you heroes for me and a great role model! I wish you all the best and allways a healthy return home! 😊
Too much talking , not enough climbing.
No! So its much more to learn.
SOUNDS SO COOL AN SCARY AT THE SAME TIME
It's Yanks over and over eh...I'm an American so u goddamn better
A combination of depression and anxiety is no joke. When your depressed you don’t feel like doing anything and when your not doing anything your anxiety kicks in and makes you feel worse because you know you have so much to do. I’m so glad you can openly talk about it because people need to stop hiding it.
This was so inspiring. I'm not sure when this happened but these guys are incredible! I have battled with depression my whole life. It really was moving. Amazing guys!!! AMAZING!
Let’s Go Jayhawks
i watched another doc where corey quit on a guy and girl team that was tryna set a new route where they needed 3 to do it. was heartbreaking but you gotta respect the decision coming down alive is numero uno.
👍What an insight look on so many levels!! Thx for sharing! 🙏 (Love the scene at 14:57! What a spectacular view! 🏔)
Geez these guys can talk
in the last day i would take amphetamines, f it
Derek Zoolander and Hansel climb Everest
Approximately 800 people per year attempt to climb Mount Everest. That's a long wait line at the top.
The moment he said "His Sherpa and my Sherpa" the pair of them lost all my respect. Don't care if they climbed Olympus Mons on Mars. They are first world priveleged pieces of shit. End of story.
"no filter" apart from every fucking swear word
grande "Topo" Mena!!
I followed them on snapchat originally as they climbed everest. That's before I really found out who Adrian was and how much he respected the mountain. Now seeing this documentary in full and knowing more about them both I have a profound respect for them and what they were trying to do. As well as how honest they were about not only being physically fit taking their mental health into account too. Thank you for sharing this.
That was so real. I too find it difficult figuring out if it’s my intuition or my fears

These dude's are rad
Xm if not most documentaries have the people start summiting at night, i wonder if there more people dying on that mountain when they summited at night or during the day. Yes the weather might be good at night, but with the jam we always see when those guys r summiting, the two ladders they hv to climb etc man to me climbing at night with just a head lamp is deadly
What a stupid challenge - take the oxygen for crying in the beer, it doesn't make you less of a man. Do not see the point of this except to destroy your brain cells.
These people are legit AF!
You need 21% oxygen for life so be more specific about THAT! Not true that at 30% oxygen you cannot breathe! Normally you have trouble catching your breath but if you don’t go mentally off the rails, you should be okay climbing a mountain until you get past that fatal altitude!
U got so busy talking about urself that u forgot to mention about those sherpas without whom u wud never be there. Real heros are Sherpas
ESPN really needs more mountaineering content. K2, Manaslu, Nanga Parbat, all would make for good tv.
This is soooooo long-winded.
“Learning the difference between fear and intuition is a lifelong process”
Absolutely.
In my humble opinion people who go to Everest and don’t make it to the top didn’t “fail”…….
To me this is setting an example of adding unnecessary danger to adventure. Is it more inspiring to do motorcycle jumping with or without a helmet for comparison?
Adrian is Pisces!! Cory is Taurus….. how they discribe each other makes me believe both have some strong “other signs” in their chart…..oh…bi polar….yeah emotional junk show ha ha like Adrian said. I really appreciate the inside story on these climbers. Usually we just get the face and a lot of teeth mostly and their story too but just the plain details. Not the whole….mess that we all are….you know how everybody is normal until you get to know them saying
I think base camp would be cool, but it's still 17000 feet and there can still be avalanches.
I’m know, I’d love to go base camp, that would be amazing!!
I relate to cory thank you for talking openly about your illness - its kept hidden - its reported that suicide is on the rise with young smart men who are very talented - its sad that mental illness gets so little attention - your honesty is amazing love you for that - its very courageous - and accepting of who you are and how you manage it
Mental illness gets tonne of attention
Trust fund idiots
This is what it looks like when you have more money than brains
Is it really 'without Oxygen' when there's oxygen available and your chaperones are using oxygen?
