"Pork Liver" - Barbeque sauce

Ingredients:
- 1kg pork liver, sliced into thin pieces
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk (optional)
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions:
1. In a shallow dish, mix together the all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until well combined. This will be your dry breading mixture.
2. In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk (if using). This will be your wet batter mixture.
3. Take each slice of pork liver and dredge it in the dry breading mixture, coating it evenly on all sides. Shake off any excess flour.
4. Dip the floured pork liver slice into the egg mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
5. Dredge the coated pork liver slice again in the dry breading mixture, pressing gently to adhere the breading.
6. Repeat the breading process with the remaining slices of pork liver.
7. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or skillet over medium heat until it reaches about 350°F (180°C).
8. Carefully place the breaded pork liver slices into the hot oil, a few at a time, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
9. Fry the pork liver slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
10. Once cooked, remove the fried pork liver slices from the oil and transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
11. Serve the deep-fried pork liver hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as the barbecue sauce we prepared earlier.
For sauce:

- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine the ketchup, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
2. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer.
4. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer gently for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly.
5. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning according to your preference by adding more salt, black pepper, or other spices if needed.
6. Once the sauce reaches your desired consistency and flavor, remove it from the heat and let it cool down.
7. Serve the barbecue sauce alongside deep-fried pork liver for dipping or drizzle it over the liver before serving.
