    Thanks! What should I do with the tail end of the hair I ventilate? I snipped it close to the knot and it feels spikey

    • @rickygreenwell
      @rickygreenwell 4 роки тому

      It will feel spiked but one you get enough hair it will all be fine it fills out the piece.

    Where can we buy or how can we make a men’s full lace toupee? I’m only able to find full caps, and I’ve found sheets of lace, but they are completely flat. Also LOVE LOVE LOVE this tutorial!

    • @rickygreenwell
      @rickygreenwell 4 роки тому

      Chris I don't work with Toupee's sad to say I do theatrical wigs so I am often doing full wigs. And yes the lace is flat and you would have to shape it. www.hisandher.com/search.phtml?sp=wig+base this is were I get a lot of my remade wig bases from.

    would like to ask you something , Once I ordered a lace top wig, it has been done from completely virgin children hair. Lace part of the wig completely tangled after my wash , because the returned short part of the hair strands were holding the long part of the hair strands. And until detangling it a lot of hair has been lost un fortunately. How do you solve this tangling issue with the returned hairs? Are there a solution for that?

    • @rickygreenwell
      @rickygreenwell 4 роки тому

      Charlotte I am not sure sure how you are washing but wig hair can and does tangle easily. I personally trim my point ends as it will back comb a bit if left but they may they’re to add volume of file to the piece. I would say quality condition with leave in conditioner and when washing do more a soak washing and do not scrub or agitate the hair.

    It's apparent that you could not be asked your cosmetologist even a barber anyone with common sense would know you don't buy weaving hair when you make a wig from Sally's because you're not getting a good quality but then again it's your choice and because this is not your profession this is not your 100% lifestyle in terms of doing hair all kinds of ways weaving.💇🏼💇🏽💇🏻💇🗣️🗣️🗣️ it making it that kind of thing probably wouldn't know that don't even share other than to make so I would advise that you maybe try some different types of hair from other more quality places and you'll see the difference the big difference
