This is a somewhat vigorous 45-minute session of all sun salutations, featuring several different variations. In the beginning, I say that it will be under 30 minutes, but ha ha, I was wrong. Anyway, it’s great fun and good for days when you want to move some energy and get flowing. Not much emphasis on modifications.

    asparagus is full of plant protein maybe he senses it... glutathione very good for long life :)

      A cat, who is an obligatory carnivore, can't digest plants sufficiently! The intestine is too short and it lacks enzymes to do so! Thus asparagus has a really bad bioavailability of nutrients... It can serve as a source of Fibre. But there are much more suitable sources of Fibre for carnivores than plants.
