Parkside Angle Grinder 1200W PWS 125 F6 - Unboxing + Tryout
Bought this cheap (about 26€) 125mm angle grinder from LIDL. Let see is it any good. In the near future I'll do a more in depth test of the tool and upload the video to Garagetopia you tube channel. Be sure to like and subscribe and hit the bell icon too!
The steel brush is too heavy for the size of the angle grinder, and may cause the motor to overheat and burn out.
The discrepance of voltage does not matter?
If you mean 20V tp 18V, then I must tell you 20V battery doesn't exist. It is a marketing trick.
I have the newest model, works good for cutting exhaust pipe off my car!

@@garagetopia How well it performs at work ?
@@onlyps2 Ok for cutting, grinding not so much.
I dont know about u but i kinda felt like it has a low torque, rpm drops a lot when cutting. Oh well, bought it for 30€ so its worth it.
Haven't used it much because I sold it. Realized I have to much angle grinders :D
My test shows a wobble disc due to poorly made flange for this particular model, i returned it. My tryout ua-cam.com/video/ZpIK7bZA26A/v-deo.html
to me it seams more like a polisher than a grinding tool. used it only with a wire brush cup.

einhell batteries on ferm?
Could be designed for 3D print if you know how.
Takú úpravu som spravil dávnejšie tiež ale nevydržal motor. Tá 4Ah bateria je na to až prisilná. Trebalo by skúsiť ešte doplniť tepelnú ochranu motora možno by to pomohlo a ochranu baterie .
The battery capacity is not relevant for motor malfunction
@@milcer40 Language barrier. I don''t speak Slovak.
One battery can supply you with a discharge current of at least 30 A. With 4Ah batteries, 2 cells are connected in parallel, so it can supply 60A. If you load the engine enough, it will burn it alive :)
@@milcer40 It doesn't work the way you described it. Actually it is the opposite. If the motor draws too much current it can burn battery. The battery could burn the motor only if it gets too much voltage.
Hi, could you share a model of this adapter for 3d print? I found and printed one model already, but its provided as a removable item like a battery, but without any lock feature so must be glued or taped which is annoying. Your concept, attached permanently to the tool looks way better.
Hi! It is aviable for download at thingiverse.
Handy for sure.. But mind your batteries.. I don't think parksides are protected from over discharge.. its built into the tools they sell instead of the batteries..
Yes, they tend to go under voltage.
Your battery will not last long because the parkside battery has no low voltage protection.
The new smart batteries do have that feature. You can even set the cut off voltage via bluetooth.
das is szajs
To nie jest żaden szajs. Normalna kątówka.
Nice shape 👌
Can you tell me what's the difference between that model and the one that is 'g6' thank you.
Sorry but I don't know. Have only this one from parkside.
@@ByDemonsBeDriven do you think it's worth it, It seems huge to me 😅
@@voynata7426 OK for the price. A little on the bigger side of 125mm angle grinders, but good for wire wheels and cups for rust/paint removal, as has the potentiometer for regulating the speed.
Late but the only difference I can see is that the new model you can't lock the power on, you have to hold the button (for safety)
It will be better with a link to get the printing folder 📂
I need one! 😊

Hi. How is it after these few months? Mine just after a few uses has a terrible wobbling :/
Hi! Have not tested it properly yet. The head is made of plastic ...
Been using mine for over a year now to work on scooters and other small vehicles. Threw it, dropped it. Abused it.. even used it in the rain a couple of times. Still works like new. For 60 bucks including the battery its honestly not a bad tool. Would buy another one if this one dies. :)
Thx for sharing: does it get very hot when used for long cuts?
Haven't tested it yet. I'm going to make a more in-depth video when I get the time.

Which one is best for driving small screws without breaking them? Do they have speed control?
Hi! I managed to brake a 8mm screw, long 200mm when screwing it in hard wood (beech). Both have speed control.
😮
A very fair comparison and spoken in excellent english. Thank you.
Not used to speak to the camera. But I'll get better with time :)

Hi how did you print the makita Battery adapter?
Hi! Seams obvious, with a 3D printer. Homers Odysseus RS, PLA filament.

not from Hamburg :D
Good?
Well, for the money I would say it's an OK hobby tool. Ill make a more in depth test and upload the video soon.

@@sivan2Tech Hi! Haven't test it property yet. I'll do a test soon and upload the video. Bought it new. There is no issue with the on switch, it has a safety feature to prevent accidentally turning it on.
