Iam running 225/60/16, no rubbing but the speedo is 1.5 miles different.

@@simeonstankov513 very comfortable, handling is acceptable, but not the same as the 18". didn't change any calipers, all original.

yes they will fit, you need the rear calipers from CLK63 or S55 but you will have to install sleeves. check ANDERZEN's channel

It's not bad, just a tad slow, not the perfect user experience but decent.

I think my D2B unit was defective, I connected it and no sound came out it never worked, that's why I connected the android unit directly to the speakers.

Yes, there is a RCA cable outlet that comes with the unit to connect a subwoofer.

You can either drill and tap the mounting hole from 10mm to 12mm bolts or use the existing bolts with a sleeve.

Honestly it's an overkill, you would be ok with C32 rear brakes, these brakes are from a 2003 to 2006 S55 also the calipers. you would be better off getting SLK55 Rear brakes as they have smaller mounting holes 10mm vs 12mm

@@mercedesfixes6012 Thank you for the information. I think just upgrading to the C32 complete 4 piston front with 345mm rotor and rear with the vented 300MM rotor will stop the car fine. Im thinking later to put a c32 powerplant, but that is a bit costly at the current time. Just wanted to give the wagon a nice functional upgrade since I need to do brakes anyways. Cheers,

my car is a 2003, this is the correct box D2B but the unit I got was faulty. Most manufacturers discontinued it, I just decided to go without it.

These rotors are from E550 (330mm) the stock rotors are (295mm)

no, you don't need to touch anything, these brakes came stock on E350 and E550

It's really rare, most suppliers have discontinued it. I was able to find one, shipped from china but it was a defective unit, I gave up that route after a couple of tries but it should work in theory.

I don't recommend the conversion but the parts are Springs, Spring Perch, Spring allocator Plastic part, lower spring control arm, shorter shock bolt.

@@meca13b yes, the OEM self leveling function is really good. My opinion don't do it unless you absolutely have to.

Lower control arm on the wagon is aluminum and it’s wider than the coil spring version arm . How did you manage to get that to fit ? Also the shocks looks wider on the wagon , and how did you get that to fit ?

Yes same procedure, but the rear air-spring has an extra hose and a surge canister that needs removal by lowering the subframe, if the airbags are shot some people just cut the hose off. If the airmatic problem is small and you can fix it I would recommend to just fix it, in my opinion its a better system.

Remove the headrests first then remove the seat cover and use a screwdriver to unlatch the mechanism

@@mercedesfixes6012, hi! I want to do the same upgrade from W211 E500 to E220 CDI. Apart from the brake discs and calipers, do I also need to change the caliper port? And also, are you sure that will fit with 16 inch wheels? I heard that I had to use minimum 17 inch wheels. Thanks!

@@luigi.V You don't need to change anything it's a direct bolt on. It will fit 16" wheels, I have them on on a video on my channel.
