Great video from you guys! I’m told this very often by my instructor for hitting and all the in between, even dealing with the gray matter between both your ears. A lot of coaches focus too much on the physical aspect of the game, and pretty much forgetting about the mental side. One can suck physically, but if they’ve got the mental side down, they’re good and have the easy part to work on. You can be an all star on the diamond, but if you can’t handle striking out or making a error, you are going to make this game miserable. To anyone who needed to hear this from a teenage softball player, just know, you can do this and you’ll get through any struggle you’re struggling with, physically or mentally. Have a great day!
