I had done this video before on January 10, 2023 when I did it twice that day and really benefited from the last half from 6:30 to the end of this super profound life changing video and they both worked wonders into my Holy Grail Shift into Established Thoughtless Awareness. It was the best experience of my life. I shifted from human awareness over loaded with thoughts, shifting to divine awareness. Enjoying living in the divine moment now, in profound mental silence the majority of the time, because I am still free to think of the past or the future, however mostly thoughtless is my new default state of awareness when I am awake. It is the best thing that ever happened to me. Now, because my mind is usually silent I am open to and receiving divine guidance, impulses and intuition, while I am just doing and being now. Instead of just thinking of the past or the future. I first did the exercise of the 6 minute version of this on January 10, 2023 and it was the best thing that ever happened to me up until then. I just watched this 11 minute version or this during this week and enjoyed it but not actually doing the breathing exercise in it. II decided to do and follow this video again tonight. As I listened to all of this talk tonight I started and closely followed precisely the breathing exercise and heart awareness in this talk from the 6:30 point right to the end and followed the instructions. Tonight my Established Thoughtless Awareness deepened even more that before with my doing it again tonight. The last 2 times I did it were on the same night on January 10, 2023. Tonight is my 3rd time doing the process and my mental silence appears to be all the time now. It is completely different now with zero thoughts. My awareness goes wherever I focus it on and no thoughts happen. It appears that tonight is the first day of the rest of my life with no more thoughts, except if I do something to force thoughts like by reading something and actually saying the words. Now I am speed reading instead of thinking. As compared to being thoughtless the vast majority of my days since January 10, 2023 as compared to mostly thoughts all of the time before that day. I'm super impressed finding this third of the videos today. I'm curious and very excited how amazing my first full day of living this way after doing it a third time and will be in my first day of the rest of my life this way. I know that it will be the best experience of the start of a day in my new life living and being in complete Established Thoughtless Awareness. In the meantime think about this. "Mental Silence is the Kingdom of God." I already lived it and loved it for over a year since January 10, 2023. Now I get to live in the complete Thoughtless Awareness of The Kingdom of God. It sounds and already feels fantastic. Before January 10, 2023 I never even imagined it was possible. Now I am enjoying it and loving it Now, in complete Established Thoughtless Awareness Now.
