There’s hope for Ghana’s future.. such bright young minds
The Shaftpodcast, why did you wait this long to start this brilliant episodes?
😂😂😂...took a lot of planning but we're excited to get it going now! We hope you enjoy every bit of it and thanks so much for your constant support and engagement man!🪂
Loved this episode, who's the new host... I want to see more of her.
Definitely. Don'e worry you'd see her every two weeks haha❤️
Very informative🥺🔥
Thanks so much for watching!❤️
Aliveee for another episode!
😂😂😂😂😂😂v
Alive with one other 😊
Eii Erasmus😂😂😂😂
😂
Great explanation 🎉
Bagbin should know that he is like any other citizen of Ghana not above the laws of Ghana and we are not in PNDC kangaroo courts where they did what they wanted. He is not special. He is living in his own world. I wonder how he rules his small kingdom home. She on him. What a lawyer indeed
You just picked and choose what to say without checking what the speaker explained , why certain things were done the way they did, you can still go back, listening to the press briefing again you will know better
NPP foot soldier
Your analysis is not in line because you forget that parliamentary rules are not just brought up by one individual. If the speaker can go by any rules, all the members of parliament must agree to obey it since in their rules the judiciary cannot interfere in their affairs. You are just wasting your time mr. Blogger
Thanks for such great analysis Andy. These kinds of leaders need organization and responsibility, in my PoV.
Trump won
Great conversation. Keep it up.
Lovely. Keep it going. I enjoyed it. Hope I can hop on it sometime
Is there a precedence from former speakers of parliament?
Yes there has been, and most speakers in the past have declared the seats vacant as well. No one cared during those times because it did not cause the majority at the time to lose their majority status in parliament. This has become a heated legal battle because the power dynamics in parliament depends on it.
I absolutely loved this. This conversation was very interesting and engaging not forgetting how informative it was. Was really happy to be here and I hope I can come back here. I love what the Shaft Podcast is doing. Good good stuff💯💯.
Thank you so much for joining us for this episode! It was a pleasure having you on the show!
What does the constitution say? Should they hold a ceremony for the ruling before NPP can accept? Doesn't the NPP know that part of the constitution? Seriously, NPP is 🥱🥱
I agree with Erasmus. France Football robbed Antony 🤣
😂

Arhn Ei .. okay 😎
Excellent analysis, we need more content like this
Will you please explain why you have failed/ or refused to make reference to the ruling of Honorable Speaker Mike Quay’s ruling on similar situations sometime a go?
For this video, the focus was simply to go through the recent happenings. I am sure Mike Quay’s ruling has it's own context to it. Please do share your thoughts if you feel there are some similarities and lessons we should draw from that. Thanks.
No thank you
Monkeys do podcast 🐒
I love this conversation. It was very revealing and insightful. Keep it up, team, great work.
Thank you for watching!
Catching some USELESS 😂 3rd grade teams.

Super great episode
Thanks for watching❤️
To confirm what you're saying re corporations in Gh. My own experience below with Telecel having 1) lost broadband service in May 2024 and 2) fallen Telecel cable blocking property ; 53:44 Hello (Telecel agent redacted/rdc). I do appreciate your effort, thank you. However I initially had approx 2 weeks and 50gb when my service was interrupted and since that time, May 2024 (5 months), Ive been trying to get my broadband service restored and to have you remove your fallen cable from the front of my property. I even fell and injured myself due to your cable. I made more than 60 attempts via all your channels, to report the issues, without success. All contacts with your employees/agents highlighted a wilful failure/disregard to assist and im sure this would have fallen below any of your performance metrics or legal obligations. Telecel's failing was repeated and draws attention to your work culture/processes and treatment of customers; what is your customer service mandate? And given my experience with Telecel, what are your legal obligations to your "stakeholders" when resolving issues such as Ive gone through. I feel as though commercial regulation sometimes isnt enforced as it should be and the result is that companies such as Telecel arent motivated to treat us fairly. This is why you responded to me a whole 2 months after you were contacted by NCA. If you were being fined for this delay you would have acted quicker wouldnt you. The "compensation" you propose is insufficient and in no way balances the inconvenience caused to me and the effort ive made resolving the situation. If I feel strongly enough about this to seek legal redress, what view do you think the courts will take? I think they will see that you havent kept your standards up, youve tried to fob off a customer with a few gigabytes and 2 weeks additional usage and they may note that while failing to fully resolve the issues, no explanation was offered as to why said failings occured and no guidance offered on how the "stakeholder" may avoid such instances.... I will request again that you compensate adequately, reasonably and fairly for your failing service keeping in mind that your cable continues to block my entrance gate. I hope to hear from you at your earliest. Thank you
He is so 🥵
I was looking forward to this podcast and I really loved this. Especially how science-policy-practice is necessary in solving the climate crises.
Thanks so much for tuning in Dela!❤️
The leaders consistently gravitate towards IMF and co with continuous mismanagement and corrupt activities. You don't turn around and blame western institutions. All of us at some point are puppets of local banks too or some other financial institutions. We are our own slave masters now
This is an insanely good episode!
Haven't finished watching the episode but I wonder what your opinions are on the rising trendAfrica's elite players being pushed out of Europe/Major European teams. And it has nothing to do with their performance not fitting these moves. To highlight just a few Sadio Mane, Yassine Bounou, Franck Kessie, Sebastien Haller, Eduard Mendy and now recently Victor Osimhen. Maybe I'm fishing, but it seems a bit too targetted
This is a really good question. We will discuss this in our next recording and tag you once it's out. It is an interesting trend to look into.
❤❤❤❤❤
Cannot wait!! ❤
We don't have leadership problems in Africa but the truth is we have integrity problems not leadership. But we are told the issue is leadership so we can blame each other and not see the truth that our problem is lack of integrity as 98% of Africans can be bought and that is the problem so we put the blame on leadership
I wouldn't say that we don't have leadership problems, but I can't disagree with you on the integrity bit.
Do you ask yourself the definition of leadership. We say it with glee accusing a so called leadership without pointing fingers at ourselves too. It begins from home and we hone the bad leadership from the university before we enter public life. So what do we expect? A different result in public office? Check the way elections are ran in the universities, the fraud, intrigues and the back hand deals. These we transport to public life. Leadership starts with you the youth. They should check their motives when they join the political parties on campus.
Such a great conversation on an important topic
Thank you for watching!
