I didn't know white chicks had to straighten their hair. I thought that was only a " Black " thing. At least the hair straighteners you guys use today aren't like the ones they used in the 80's. My mother would straighten my sister's hair with a big, black metal comb. Hot comb is the proper term. She would sit it on one of the kitchen eyes until it was EXTREMELY hot! My sister would sit motionless, and my mom would run that thing thru her hair. And you could see the smoke coming from her hair. That hot comb was like a " torture tool. " There's no way I would be able to trust anyone with that thing. Not even my mom. Being a guy, that's something that I didn't have to worry about! Lol! I learned something today...That's always good.
