Hey @hughphillips67Mustang adding the clearcoat pretty much doubles the cost, if you decide to not put the clearcoat on it’s probably gonna be around $350-$400. But the clearcoat is about another three or $400. Overall, I love it. I have a new 36 foot trailer that I need to make a video about, but I did the same thing in. And I put clearcoat on it as well. I really think it’s the way to go, but you don’t have to do it. Thanks for watching!

@@drewjones3601 my first trailer was already painted when I got it, it was painted with a primer topped paint. But I’ve done other trailer since then and I still think it’s a good idea to paint it first. Because you need to get the floor coated really well, and the paint is much cheaper than the epoxy that comes with, the kit. If you’re trying to get a good coat on the floor using epoxy, you’re going to spend a whole lot more money. Thanks for watching!

Do a speed test from your device the next time that happens. There has to be an issue with your data connection. I have never connected it to my home Wi-Fi. It’s always been connected to my phone.

We use the Midland mobile radios. We have the MXT 115 and every single car except for one. Midland sent me an MXT 500 to test so I have that in my RVR. They are great radios with fantastic range. I highly recommend them. If you get one they make an extension speaker that I’d have to look up the model number. It’s the new one they make that is really great and makes the sound super clear and as loud as you want it. The built-in speaker is OK but if you’re running at high-speed, you may or may not hear someone talking on it or you probably will at least have to pull over to understand what they’re saying, but with this new extension speaker they have I can be running wide-open if I wanted to and hear every single word. Thank you very much for the info what trail is this I will be going to Red River here in a couple of weeks to ride trails for my first time just bought a new side by side I've had rock crawlers and stuff but this is my first side by side super excited to try some trails out around the Red River area

@@thattxpanhandleguy it’s called the 4th Of July Trail. It’s Forest Service Rd 490, and usually it ties into 488 but when we were there this trip, there was a large tree down so you couldn’t go from one to the other. Hopefully they’ve cleared it since. Also drive out to Goose Lake. It’s an easy one to find on Google Maps also. Thanks for watching!

It has held up perfectly! I sold this trailer last week literally, still looked perfect. I bought a new 36' the next day and am in the middle of doing the same thing to the new one. I just got a brand new trailer and it is going to be used for snowmobiles. I am debating between doing a garage for coating like you or roll-on bedliner. How well did your garage floor coating hold up when you drove on it? Would you recommend one over the other?

Hey, it's holding up FANTASTIC. No issues at all. I actually had to order a bigger trailer today to be able to hold more UTV. I'm cleaning up the this one in the vid, this weekend to get it up for sale. I'll try to make a quick update video to post. I definitely recommend putting the clear on top. A few years ago I switched from using an iPad to using the Samsung galaxy tab A8. The main reason is for the GPS function. The iPad tablets don’t have built-in GPS unless you buy the cellular version. However, the Samsung tablets come with GPS built-in no matter what, which means as long as you have your maps downloaded to your device, you’re always able to see where you are on the trail whether you have a data signal or not. I also really enjoy having the split screen function. I can have my ride command map up on my buggy, OnX Offroad on one side of my tablet, and Maprika on the other side of the tablet. So I’m basically able to use two nav apps on the tablet at one time. Thanks for watching!

What app do you use for trails???

@@WayneWarren64 I have Ride Command on my machine, then on my tablet I will run two of the following in split screen mode, depending on where I'm riding. OnX Offroad (pay the $40 annual fee and thank me later) Maprika Google Maps each of these three are different, and each one can show things that neither of the other two do. So depending on where I am, I will determine which two I will use. I almost always have on X running, it’s the other two that vary. Hope this helps. Mapriks

Right on! I love WPG. I will be driving through there Friday on my way to Ozark AR with some buddies for a week. For the most part you will run into really friendly people at WPG. I bet you can find some folks to ride with. Anytime we have someone ask to join, we welcome them. The more the merrier for us. Maybe someday we’ll meet up. We actually don’t use headsets. Currently, we use Midland mobile radios. Every single machine has the MXT 115 radio in it except for mine, Midland sent me the MXT 500 to do a review on. But they’re all great radios, and that MXT 115 has plenty of power to talk long range. We’ve talked close to 12 miles on those things when you have line of sight. But those are our favorites. If you’re not looking for a radio that you mount in your vehicle, the GXT 1000 is also a great powerful radio. Anytime we have guests that join our group that don’t have radios. We loan them those handhelds so they can talk to us in our machines. I am looking at some other options that could involve using headsets, but currently none of us use them. I do. Sounds pretty decent but I admit the engine noise could go down a bit without me complaining. I just put in a glass rear window last week and I’m going to put sound deader on the rear firewall to try and cut it down.

yes, because I put the clear on top afterwards it has a finish on it that I can clean very easily. It is not porous. It is more smooth and easy to clean. If you need some, you can add the grip powder to it which I did add a little bit, but that clearcoat on top makes it smooth and very easy to clean. thanks so much for watching.

While I must note it's not advised, yes it all works whether you're parked or moving.

Hey thanks so much for watching! If I were going to do it all over, the only thing I'd do different is add more of the clear. There are a few spots where you can tell I put it on a little thin, when the light hits it just right. As I note in the video the first bag of grey wasn't enough to do the ramp door and the small step, so I used some high gloss black latex paint I had and there flakes on it. It looks great to me, but if you want it all to be the same, open the second bag. It's over a year later now I think and it still looks exactly the same. I love it.

I guess anybody could have dropped that there without reason. I never knew that about Oark Cafe. That’s awesome. I’ll have to search out that movie 😁

Yeah we enjoyed it. As you saw in the video we were trying to take it easy for the new riders in our group. I had seen that spot in another video so I knew it was there. I feel like we really only rode about 25% of what’s in that area though. Thanks for watching buddy!

If you want to stream anything or watch things like UA-cam, yes it needs an internet connection through a personal hotspot or other wifi.

Mobile data is best for high speed hands down but my issue that I'm having is that tmobile needs the IMEI number from the magic box itself to establish a direct connection from tmobile,question is does Magic box have a IMEI number
