Adjusting the voltage and wire. Your self is the best welds. The sergeant settings makes my welds too thick. Try going faster. I'm not getting good penetration. And not as uniform. I've 2 yeswelders and one 220 omni pro. All act the same. I'd rather have good penetration and lower welds. All welders work better with hot metal. Even with the hot stars. The welds are better after the metal heats up.

Imagine talking s*** to someone using a CNC Swiss Mill machine. And the guy insists on using a hundred-year-old milling machine. 😅 Y'all haters are clowns. It's 2024 😅

Those automatic settings get you close but i still adjust to my preferences

I love Lincoln welders But I will say, for a cheap alternative, WeldPro welders have the exact same feature. It's nice to have and it was only $450. Good for letting that one crew that CANNOT take care of tools, out on a job. 😂
