The 2023 Bluff Park 8K Run was held on 12/2/23. Despite the weather being marginal for flying our drone, Bluff Park Drone was there to capture the start of the race at Bluff Park United Methodist Church. We then moved to the Birmingham Community Church on Chapel Road to catch the leading runner, as well as the Cheering Chicken (??!!). We were also able to get some of the other runners.

The Budweiser Clydesdales were at the Bluff Park Piggly Wiggly on November 10, 2022 in front of a huge crowd. And @bluffparkdrone9079 was there to capture it.

Bluff Park School Bluff Park School was built in 1924. In the 1950s and 1960s the rear classrooms and the cafetorium were added and it was used both by Jefferson County Schools (K-6) and, starting in 1988, by Hoover City Schools (K-5) as Bluff Park Elementary School. Bluff Park Drone did bi-monthly flyovers for over a year of the construction of the new Piggly Wiggly in Bluff Park. Every year Bluff Park Elementary School in Hoover, Alabama has a Take Flight Day for all of their K-5 students. This year, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the students couldn't be there. But the faculty at Bluff Park Elementary School still wanted to send a message. @BluffParkDrone was happy to help send it.
