Its not "Hot Water Heater" it is Water Heater..........No point in heating already hot water..

certified aging in place...bah ha ha ...liar ....his tub is made in China ...do they have proof its manufactured in the U.S.A. ?? that tub has a very high step which defeats the purpose of getting a walk in tub ...Bath Planet is BCI who gets their tubs currently from China Walk in Tubs .....a 3000.00$ tub is the same quality as what they are pitching here ....full of baloney ....now, is there anything wrong with Chinese tubs ??..NO , there is not...the best tubs come from China because the Chinese can afford to make them better for less...we all know that .....no one in North America manufactures tubs as well as tubs that come from China ...after all , many tubs made in China are designed by Americans ....voila

Try before you buy ?? Heck, I live a fair sized market and can't even find a distributor that has one on display to see, much less test drive.

Warranties are useless when the company goes out of business. My mom got a safety tub and the hot water adjustment doesn't work anymore. It lasted one year. She spent a fortune remodeling her bathroom for the tub and now we can't find anyone to repair it.

I bought one of the Canadian Premier Walk in Tub and it is 12 yrs. old -The company is out of business so there is no one to answer for this minimal problem of a broken hot water stem .It will not come out. This is only the first problem leading to the discovery how to get to the replacement installed for the whole faucet assembly . Getting to the pipes that need to be replaced with AMERICAN PRODUCTS is not easy. So far the wall in the kitchen had to be sawed into to see the pipes . One was leaking because the sealer gave out. Before buying a tub--MAKE SURE IT IS AMERICAN MADE----AND THE PARTS ARE AMERICAN AND THAT REPAIRS CAN BE MADE easily! Janet Zwahlen
