The Indian manager who calls himself Peter when his real name is Pangai is the most unfriendly and dishonest, racist, anti american man i have ever encountered. He yells and treats the tenants like garbage using names i don't want to mention. I remember him screaming at a woman " you motherf..bit.." because she had told someone that his mother lived there with his wife and daughters. She died of a heart attack. He comes in your room when you are not there etc.. Don't go there!
