Hiccup as a villain or Anti-Hero would be a lot more interesting so we would see him being hated and rejected by his tribe and when his father said that Word to him in the great hall he would become overwhelmed with hate & anger then he and Toothless would ATTACK berk at night and terrorize those who he hated and he & Toothless would probably leave Berk and only coming back to terrorize the berkiens so they would feel the consequence of what they did to him. And also Hiccup would be known as a dragon rider that saves dragons with a night fury which would spred fear around the archipelago were he comes from
