I just bought these exact DIY totem poles (2 of them) from the thrift store today. They were 75% off, so only paid $3.50 total for both. Such a steal! I’m going to tie to the tree or fence posts on the porch. Literally, same exact poles, sculls, moss, but different black buckets! I’m glad someone else did it for me, haha. They must have used once inside, then donated.

Absolutely Adorable, & I 💜 the wire idea. I found Jack & Sally small figurine someone decided they didn't want. I couldn't find anymore, so I Will be making him with felt. Put on the wire, but I never thought to do multiple items TY. On one side of Zero Will have his glowing pumpkin nose , and red on the other side view. I've looked at all your houses 🏘️ so Cool. My familia tremors would never let me make those amazing houses.

Sweet baby it’s so hard seeing them get old. I have never used a leave in conditioner, might need to try that.

My suggestion would be to make a circular bottom plate of rope gluing it together as you build the rope circle then glue it to the cardboard, then attach it to the bee hive, it makes for a nicer finish.
