Do you mean fuel inject0r?!
Bad crank seals💁🏼
What about a ttr110 is the same thing?
As far as what the process to install or power gains?
Looks to be a 70/100-14🤔
It is slightly more narrow than the old style but remains to be listed as the same size tire. This was done prolly to help fit a wider range of dirtbikes
Yo are both fronts 90/90-14?
Yea
what do you mean about drill your header out? i would like to do it but im not really sure what your talkin about
Take off your header and look inside on the end that connects to your motor. Once you do this you’ll understand on what I mean about drilling it out. Hope this helps
What bend are the Mika bars you have on the bike?
Pitbike low bars. Don’t get them mixed up with the mini bars.
Step-by-step with stupid angles mind as well have not made the video
Sorry to hear my video didn’t benefit you in anyway.
Whats the measurements of the bottom
ua-cam.com/users/shortsbj4Oeuq1FxM?si=vMBnEYZy4ril2Byk
Where did you get that bag it’s sick?
Picked it up off eBay. Not bad priced at all. I don’t know how durable they are though since we don’t use ours much.
Hey I did the carb swap and first time hitting start it revs straight up
Adjust your throttle cable. It’ll be too tight at first
Thank you Sir….
@KrisCreel no problem! Let me know how it goes
Well that worked perfect! Now she starts with out Even chocking it…. Air/fuel screw 2 turns out and the jets that can in the carb are already bigger…. Now what do we do about the petcock and fuel line? When we put the tank on it pinches it
Lucas oil injector cleaner for the injector. that is most of the problems here
Can I use the Stock VM20 carb off my 140 and put it on my sons 110 since it’s a Vm18 . Should be a good improvement right?
I also run the 22mm mikuni on the 110s lol. The 20mm might be alright. I have done 22mm carb, stock displacement, bbr u flow and rev box. Good setup. I have also done 144 kit, 22mm carb and a modified stock air intake. And that was a great bottom end power setup.
Heat n pressure in fuel works with b12! Vvrroommmm!
My atv only runs while choke is halfway. Does that mean it’s running lean? I have no airbox either
Yep. Definitely lean. Need some bigger jets for sure
What if I put airbox back in would I need to change jets?
You would have to go back to airbox and putting the lid back on to make a big enough difference where you might not need to jet anymore
Where’d you buy your air filter?
It actually was the filter that came with the quad when I bought it. I should prolly buy a new one though
I’m thinking about getting one do you need to jet your carb for it
Nope!
3 years? Lmao, can you please prove it? They don't look like you have had them for 2 weeks! Why no videos of them in MUD?
I do have some videos of them in the mud pulling a trailer behind it. I’m about to buy my third set this year. They have been great. I go to a lot of off-road parks and I swear I always pick the weekend it rains. lol.
The beginning of the video is us pulling the trailer through mud. Trailer alone is 3,300 lbs. it’s nothing crazy fyi.
ua-cam.com/video/RnyhlZv_FKE/v-deo.html
@ You go that much, why few videos to show those tires off? You should have a mud tire vs another faceoff lol?
Yea but we know how that would go. There always be a reason why one tire performed better then the other. In the end, the tires wear awesome, they look good and they are white outlined even on 20in rims which is hard to find.
Nice man.
Thanks!!!
8:53 everything looks good then the engine light flashes. It wouldn't be a ram if the engine light wasn't on. Mine is too. I am thinking about changing out the factory lights. It's nice to know you shouldn't need extra harnesses.
Yea I have a faulty fuel level sensor. So every once in awhile the fuel gauge will drop to nothing and throw a check engine code. I would personally get the harness if the lights you are buying require them. It be a real bummer to get that whole process done and then find out you need a harness.
Header are the best
Bought jba. They leaked. Went back to stock. Next go around doing cams, lifters and full length headers and a new tune. Should wake it up nicely
Sounds good to me…how does the power gain feel?
Not bad. It definitely needed rejetted for more fuel so that tells you we picked up a little more power.
What was your final jetting? I have the same exact set up minus the cam and rev box. Im at 1650ft elevation. And looking for jeting recommendations.
Pretty sure I just ended up back at 110. But I also jetted it lean because I knew my trip I was going on was going to be higher elevation. I would just run what’s stock in the 22mm mikuni and go from there. You might have good luck that. I would also say if you wanted too get the adapter to run the 24mm carb and that should work good to and give you a little extra carb for future upgrades
What do you run for fuel with the cam? 91 non ethanol?
@justinrice1372 I usually mix 110 with some pump gas 50/50. But yea pump 91-93 will work
I want to do a cam swap on my 140 aswell but do I need any supporting mods to compensate for the cam?
No. I do have a bbr revbox but I feel the powerband lay over on the top end. Aftermarket carb would help out alot
I will get my klx110rl
What was the name of that rear shock??? An don’t like it??
I will likely add a rim lock to the front tire on my sons kx100, he went up a steep hill and back down, then I noticed he had a flat tire , the valve step ripped just as you said when he used the front brake on the way down the hill. The Bike already has a rim lock on the back tire. I bought the 3 spoon tusk kit and bead buddy and watched about 5 videos on changing tires, that sure helped as you need to understand how the tire bead needs to get deep into the rim to get the bead over the rim on the other side of the wheel, learning that process is very empowering. Its not like changing a bike tire.
Yea make sure you buy an extra tube and patch kit, use soapy water and be patient putting the tire on. I’ve done it a few times now but by no means an expert. Thanks for watching!!!
Does it still have a throttle screw, the BBR kit?
I don’t believe so.
@ thanks. I found a bike but it has this kit. It’s for my son, so I still want the throttle limiter.
@throttle_therapy0025 yep. I have young ones. I understand for sure.
Video on the beer holder on the frame?
Just ordered the 22mm from TBolt in ur link from last Video….. and a FMF from 4.1 slip on for the moment for my sons 23’ 140RL… any jetting advice we are at sea level
Honestly I wouldn’t touch anything. Put it on and see how it runs. Just make sure your airfuel is adjusted good.
Let me know how it goes!
@@FullSpeedImpulseThank u will do Sir
@ hey lil help carb changed and as soon as I start it it idles really high
I did open up the throat also a little more probably not as large a u did but smoothed out the lip
Leave the fuel cap off until it gets burning hot then put it on
Yep!!!
Thx for the video I think my clutch is gone
Can I do this without taking the engine off the bike?
I don’t think so. It’s super easy to take the motor out and allows you to work on the motor easily on the work bench.
@ the black part on the case moves when I pull the clutch in but when my bikes in gear and I hold the clutch in it doesn’t roll. Have u ever ran into this problem
You’re going to have to pull the cover and make sure nothing is broken and assume that it’s just a burnt up clutch. Try adjusting your lever cable out and see if you get any more clutch. Good luck!!!!
Just ordered my kke wheels, where did you get your sprocket bolts at? Do you remember what thread/size?
Sorry I don’t. I buy those bolt kits off of Amazon which are awesome for when you’re doing a build or on a dirtbike trip.
Happy New Year! I reciently acquired a heavily used ‘82 Honda XR500R that came to me without any carburetor. My question, Where can I purchase a quality carburetor that will perform well on my bike. I live in Tucson, AZ in winters, and outside of Albuquerque NM in summers. Altitude in Tucson at my home is 2620 and at my home in NM is 7077’. I am age 78, and my weight is 170 pounds. I appreciate your video on You Tube!
Please reply, I really want to get this bike running! Thanks, Allan Grote allangrote@msn.com
Don’t know much about these bikes. But it looks like people put the vm Mikuni 36-38mm on for a replacement. Kiehen 34mm is stock. Call mikuni up and see what their best suggestion for carb is for you.
Mine low on bottom end good on top end on plane fuel
TBoltusa are the best people to deal with in my opinion they sell anything and everything you need and they know workers and how it goes! They also have a wicked engine rebuilding shop in the back there's an old dude that works there and man does he know his stuff! Rock on brothers.
I have had all good experiences ordering from tboltusa. Wish I lived near the shop

Did the air box spark arester ever give you problems at all
Nope. Running great. It’s a pretty standard upgrade in a lot of your pitbikes. Take in consideration that none of your big bikes have this in the airbox. Idk why they put them in the small bikes.
How has it held up after a couple years?
Very good. Super happy with the way it came out. Zero fade.
Sooo this video has been getting beat up in the comments and I just want to say at the time we were making more vlog videos then how to. I realize things were not done right in this video and since then we have focused our attention on how to videos. That being said I will doing a new video on this process showing everyone the correct way on how to adjust their valves on a crf50. Thanks for watching still and make sure to check out some of our other builds that we get way more in depth with.
This video is pretty terrible to be honest. Not even sure what yall did right.
Absolutely nothing. It was a fail for sure back then when we made this video. But learned a little bit since we made this video. Merry Christmas 🎄
Nice video. It's the only one i've found that actually shows these tire sizes on a bike. Do you know what size tubes you are using? Im so confused what to buy.
I run stock size tubes. You’ll be good.
@@FullSpeedImpulse Ok nice :) Thanks
It’s a sick bike but please get new graphics 😂😂
What?!?! You don’t like the metal mulisha? Bike got fresh plastics in a more recent vid so graphics are gone.
Never stop posting about the XR100R! I love my 100r 2000. Keep up the goods brother!
I’m sure we will have more videos on the Xr in the future.
I have a customer's 2004 yfz450 here in the shop. The complaint is that it crackles and backfires on deceleration. The customer did a bunch of mods and I wanted your opinion on jetting. He put a 480 big bore kit with a cp carillo piston 13.75:1 compression, ported head by Mmad, Plus 1 valves, 943 web cams, an fci intake and empire exhaust. The carburetor is stock. Do you have any recommendations on a good starting point in terms of jet sizes? I am assuming, considering all of the mods, that jetting is needed here? Thanks, Jeff
Hey Jeff what jets are in it now? Sounds like a bigger pilot and put a adjustable needle in it might help
I got an 86’ XR100, grew up riding it, it’s been through many different riders but still runs pretty damn good considering how old it is. After watching Carson Brown shred the shit outta his XRs, been wanting to upgrade my bike so I’ve been binging your XR upgrades, it’s been good stuff, only question is how does the suspension feel now with the different oil and the stock spring and BBR spring?
Definitely better and doesn’t feel like a pogo stick. I am going to lower the front end between 1/4 and 1/2 inch and see if that helps. Right now it feels a little high and raked out with the forks fully extended out with bbr triple clamp system. The XR doesn’t have the suspension feel of our Klx140 but that power it puts out is awesome! And yea Carson brown is awesome and will have ya convinced you could take a moped off-roading 😂
@ thank you for getting back to me, glad the modifications are working out for you. I’ll definitely keep that in mind when I get around to pulling the trigger on the upgrades. And based on how Carson Brown rides, pretty sure he could jump a Roomba if he wanted to
Link for the shock?
Berryman's B-12 Chemtool is IT, per my own experience! This video just corroborated it!
