No sé, que tiene este diseño algunos tienen problemas, para construirlo. Pero no hay truco, el juego solo tiene una cabeza, solo cambia cuando eleiges entre las 6 mofologías. Los presets iniciales están construidos con alguna de esas morfologías, así que yo siempre inicio con el primer preset, tanto para crear un rostro masculino como el femenino.
