Here’s the deal, I am not a tradwife. Not one bit (unfortunately). So here are some of the things I employ in my daily life to make sure the house runs smoothly - let me know down below if you have any of your own tips xx

I’m not sure about breast feeding buy you can put 1 tablespoons molasses in water everyday for a month to boast your iron Also put spinach in your banana smoothie

Honey can rot your kids teeth I was told that Waite until he’s older like he’s second teeth Or I think it’s around 4 maybe google might have information to look up

You don’t need to pack in the store you can do it when you go to the car I keep those colour coins when they came out in Australia so I know not to spend Also you can pay for a token in the store don’t put them on a key chain and some people say they bend

The nipples on the pigeon and avent are very different. If you do your research you’ll find the avent , tommee tippee and nipples similar to those two are not recommended due to their nipple slope . Pigeon is expensive but there are cheaper options with those great nipple shape like Lansinoh or even flo standard

I normally gain weight while nursing like you said due to hormones. When I stopped nursing at 11 months I lost 10lb in 2 months without doing anything.

Hi there, thanks for a very helpful review. How is your experience with the gen 3 so far? I've heard from the Haakaa company that the gen 3 is supposed to have a stronger suction than the gen 1/2, to make up for the heavy base. Is that true? If yes, does it help you get more milk out faster or does it hurt more?

Disclaimer: I am not a health practitioner in the field of midwifery or obstetrics, I am just a mom sharing my tips and tricks. Please, please, please get an opinion from your health professional before trying any of these. What I actually did/my protocol: Raspberry leaf tea - 4+ cups a day and a very strong brew (approx 4 teabags) a couple of days before labour started Dates - 600 grams over 3 days (but you’re meant to have these starting 36-37 weeks, having approx 4 a day) The Miles Circuit - I did this twice, once a day prior to labour and my third position was curb walking (I curb walked since approx 37 weeks anyway) Link - ua-cam.com/video/FS5ywrKZSns/v-deo.html Pumping - Starting 38 weeks, 20 minutes a day 2x a day. This also helped with kickstarting small labour contractions with my first pregnancy.

What a huge transformation this pregnancy was! In case you were wondering, this was a massive 21.3kg weight gain (which is kind of embarrassing!) with my second pregnancy, and baby was born at 3.7kg.

Yea identical . Difference is 11D after ovulation i experience implantation bleeding. The best way to describe it is the bleeding look like your last day period

I am watching for the first time. Just a little bit of advice if you will forgive me. Please don't wave grocery items around and whack them with your hand whilst describing them. It is almost impossible to see what you have. So many youtubers do that when doing a grocery haul. I have no idea why it is a thing, but it seems to be. Good luck.

@lera’s life. Hey I’m wondering do you have spotting? My period got super light instead of my normal period, and it starts and stops like spotting on and off with small clots. Do you experience the same? When you know you got pregnant?

The tasty grated cheese is nice but it doesn't melt very well, next time you go back to Costco I recommend the pizza cheese.
