I am impressed of the people who declared their faith to Jesus Christ and committed their lives to follow Him. One thing that I am a bit sceptical about the people who were called to the front from the congregation for baptism in a live situation without any clarifying of their faith… is that a bit of impromptu without consideration of their proclamation? Shouldn’t we need a little more time ? They are not in a dead bed though? Pardon for my observation! Thanks!

Love it. I think you all raised some really great points, and I particularly appreciated the issue of the impact and management of individual social media. It seems to be somewhere where so many people are going off the rails, I've even been caught up in it myself, and I'm glad to see you taking such strong and well considered positions on how we should be using those platforms - or if we should consider the question of if they even belong in our lives at all. As a person of mixed-race caught up in all of this, I haven't found much peace or love in much shared on those platforms, despite many of the intents, and that breaks my heart. Thank you for sharing this message, and thank you for putting so much care into being sensitive into how it was handled. We need more of this right now.
