This is the only video that shows them checking to see if the seal is touching the bath across the width of the , most just push the panel in right in but the wall isnt always upright so the seal doesn't touch the bath.

Plastic seals yellow and break every 2-3 years. Silicone turns black and mouldy in a year or so. 2 serious flaws in all of these constructs. Whole thing looks ok for ~10 years. I am talking in general for any chinesium shower cubicle, panel etc.

No lights at all, which the video doesn’t tell you what to do if that happens.

If you don't show sealant you haven't shown nothing!

My system is a few years old now. Recently it has started showing a constant red light and the boiler goes off. You can press the button on the receiver and the green light comes on and the boilers starts but the red light remains. Do you have any thoughts on what it can be. Thank you.

This thermostat is big mistakes.. One or 2 time per months it start work stupid. It is setup for 18 degrees, It is show 20 and it is still heating. I had before much more simple wirelles thermostat and newer i had any problem.

My unit works ie goes on and off etc however it doesn't show the connected icon neither does it show the flame when it is on. Can you help.

Morning... Could be me .. being a novice! How are you fixing it to the Wall. The Screen being very on your own! I may be a little Blind. But cannot see it being fixed to wall. Other than 3 little scews. No raw plugs! Going into the wall to fix. Have missed a Step. Thanks

Put the instructions away , we expect you to know how to fit the thing , and this could have been done in one video , not 5 video's , 5 one minute video's is frustrating , edit them into one

There's absolutely no point pointing at the instructions , we cannot see them , it wastes time , just show how it is installed from close up not from across a room

Hello. My thermostat is set at 18C, but the flame symbol on the thermostat and the green light on the receiver come on even after the set temperature has been reached. Why does this happen?

My flame icon has disappeared. I understand that it is simply an indicator as to whether the boiler is on, but it is extremely inconvenient not to know at a glance whether the heating has come on or switched off.. I have tried resetting, but it did not reappear and it is nothing to do with changing the programme. Can you advise please?

My engineer says the RF relay module bricked because the thermostat is not communicating. It is true? Also can you program another thermostat on a new RF Module?

I manually put my heating on with the Center thermostat today but when I tried decreasing the temperature later with the down arrow , the heating turned off completely?Does anyone know why please as I can't get it back on?

Hi. Our controller showing for example 20 degrees where in fact there is 15-16 in the area.

My RF linked thermostat worked great for about 7 years despite our having thick stone walls. Then it just became unreliable. I replaced first the transmitting thermostat and later the receiver as well. Now the system will only work reliably with the thermostat in the very closest room. My strong suspicion is that the problem is interference from LED lighting, as I've seen reports of this emitting considerable amounts of stray RF. Cannot now see a way around this as LED lighting appears to be here to stay.

Can you tell me if its a simple fix or replacement ? Every time the thermostat the digital display goes blank and the thermostat has to be reset date time Ect this is the second set i have purchased and dont really want to buy another. Cheers

Can I chose hoe long it will be running in each program? As I want to run 3 hours morning and other 3 on afternoon.

This is too fast an explanation for oaps to understand , and if you enter the manual operation does the thermostat go back into timer mode automatically? Either way this should be pointed out . Also copying the program wasn’t explained clearly

Hi, please can you help me find the programming video mentioned on this video, and another of your thermostat vids? Our installer didn’t leave a box or instructions for this thermostat and we’re having problems with the heating coming on when not asked for during the night despite the thermostat being set to manual.
