Yeah it’s awesome. So as Ambush and Shielded abilities trigger at the same time, you get to choose the order you resolve them. In this case that means attack with Ambush first, then Shielded puts the shield on. Nasty

These are games from Weekly Play, which is considered a casual event. Lots of our players are testing new decks and learning how to play them. So you’re correct they may not fully know how to play them. But that’s exactly what weekly play is for. We’ll have deck techs from showdown topping players on the channel within the week and a new series where I take a deck through a weekly play and see if it’s any good. Hopefully that’s more to your liking. If not, that’s fine too, I’m sure the content you are looking for is out there somewhere else 🥰
