I wholeheartedly agree with you on athleisure! I see so many people wearing gym gear on the streets (allowances made if it looks like they are picking up milk on their way home from the gym), but a sports bra and short cycle shorts just looks like they are wearing their undies and forgot to put their clothes on top. I thought it was just me getting old!

The cake plate is lovely! Porcelain like Limoges has kind of gone out of style with people buying cheaper and less formal types, but the quality of the older types of china are unmatched. I got an "everyday" set of china/porcelain almost 30 years ago and have not gotten a chip or break in any pieces, which I use daily. Newer plates chipped immediately. Well worth the $12!

you looked like a million dollars in your thrifted blazer and teal silk dress. I much preferred it worn without the belt. The striped dress on the other hand looked great when dressed wearing that belt. Two very stunning looks on you. Amazing finds.
