Khawaarij can only give u part of the speech of Sheikh ul Islam Al Imam Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله تعالى رحمة واسعة if they just continued reading they would get exposed. The Standing Committee was asked: What is the ruling on one who committed Zina during the day in Ramadan? That took place at the time when he was ignorant and now he is asking Allah for forgiveness. They replied: “The questioner has to repent and must offer expiation, which is to free a slave; if he cannot do that, then he must fast for two consecutive months; if he cannot do that, then he has to feed sixty poor persons. He also has to make up the fast of that day on which he broke the fast, and he has to offer expiation for the delay in making up that day’s fast, which is one and a half kilograms of wheat.” (Fatawa Al-Lajnah Ad-Da’imah, 9/255) And Allah knows best.

‏Sheikh rabee said: “If your sheikh made a mistake, and another sheikh criticized him and the truth is with the other sheikh then be with that other sheikh and advice your sheikh. Don’t be fanatical to him it’s not allowed for you to be fanatical towards him. If ibn baz and ibn taymiyah made a mistake and one criticized them with truth then don’t get angry, he criticized them with truth seeking Allah’s face. Don’t say “wallah this person speaks about ibn baz and ibn taymiyah” if it was with truth and manners and respect. Because the goal is to connect the people with the manhaj of Allah and to not connect them with the mistakes of humans whoever they may be.”

There are many Muslims who want that, but can't live in Al-Haramain. If some say: "It will create overpopulation." Then a place in the Muslim world for those Muslims should be carved out instead of squandering with hedonistic cities for disbelievers to live in. And then those Muslims who are not practicing properly can live there if they are willing to change. That's the help rich Muslims countries can do. But being miserly and selfish produces mass immigration into lands of disbelief until a new generation molded by the values of disbelievers emerge. And then statements without solving the root causes emerge.
