help... please I'm not sure it's normal or real bad, but i noticed something strange with LM358L (it's located near core ic on Asus H81M-CS) pin no. - Volt 1 - Nothing 2 - 2.11 Volt 3 - 0.64 Volt 4 - GND 5 - 0.67 Volt 6 - 0.30 Volt 7 - Nothing 8 - 4.93 Volt so is this LM358L is bad ? now, i have 3rd replacement of Kingston Ram and i don't think so it's ram issue (maybe) same issue - no display/no post and no post beep sound

Hi There, this is Manus from Canada, I have a ROG STIRX B450-F Gaming II motherboard and its bricked. no power on the mother board. I was able to use the BIOS BKUp button to update the BIOS. how ever no LED's or power turns on, the PSU also doesn't trigger. please help as how can i troubleshoot this issue. 1. PSU is OK, tried on another system 2. CPU is Okay 3. RAM is Okay 4. BIOS file is okay i used SPI Programmer (CH341) and could read the BIS file using HeX I will really appriciate your help

H81M: I used Teslanol T6 (US is Deoxit D5) tuner spray. Then I tried with unlocked frame , it infinitely bootlooped then and locked again cannot be turned off. Then several times it bootlooped 5 times and shut down by itself. Several attempts and an overclock error, then it worked with all ram and XMP on. Probably still bad next try. Only on Prime X570 Pro turning on XMP with one stick enabled all to work.
