Kanon! door C° Klinkert° met Les Øffs en Cantabo
200 jaar geleden maakte de Slag bij Waterloo een einde aan de Franse overheersing in onze gebieden. Het verhaal dat wij vertellen speelt zich af als het overwegend katholieke Vlaanderen wordt geconfronteerd met de waarden van de Republiek.
Verboden liefdes zijn de rode draad rond deze muziektheatervoorstelling. Op het podium twee acteurs met elk hun "backing vocals": een gregoriaans koor en een kleinkunstcollectief.
Een mooie en originele voorstelling van 80 minuten, ideaal als locatieproject (kerk, ruïne, kasteel, oude bibliotheek...). 'Kanon' is beschikbaar vanaf november 2015!

Et pendant ce temps en France, certains se permettent de poser la question s'il faut célébrer ou non l'un des hommes qui a fait rayonner la France et l'a faite admirer par des millions de personnes, pendant deux siècles et aujourd'hui encore même à l'étranger.

A member of the Imperial guard would not refer to Napoleon Bonaparte as "Napoleon" but instead "The Emperor" or during more casual moments "Le Petit Caporal".
Ah, kinda. They were allowed to refer to him by his first name because they were permitted to (benefit of the guarde)
@@malachiwex4622 Both would only ever be mentioned in a spirit of endearment, and I'm sure would be received in the same way. They loved him so, and would have marched literally to the gates of Hell and back for him. May be the greatest army there ever was. Vive l'Empereur! Vive la France!

Наполеон привёл 650 тысяч, в плен попали 200 тысяч, вернулись 10 тысяч гвардии и 40 разрозненных сил, и того Наполеон положил 400 тысяч. С пленными обращались по человечески, но шарамыга и шваль, от шер-ами и вместо шевалье в русском языке появились. Кстати башкирские офицеры удивили Париж образованностью.
