This happened to me 3 days ago 😂 I have VIP but it wouldn't let me in so I just had to leave the game, close and open the rb app then dti and boom all is good again. It was a weird encounter tho

It’s just a glitch that’s in a game. A lot of people has been getting it even I did.
It’s probably a glitch or you didn’t buy VIP and there was a glitch going on where people thought they had VIP. It had the name tag and they couldn’t get in.
