I'm sorry i took so long to see this, I used to binge your videos back in the day but haven't checked in a while. You could your tutorials improved my riding so much i no longer needed them. It is certainly true that you had the most influence on me. :) Anyway, huge respect to you for the tireless and courageous work you have done trying to get justice for people. You don't things like this for reward, you do it because it is the right thing. I wish you nothing but the best in your life.

nearly went to a bikeshop to get it fixed because it was rattling like crazy in 2nd gear. thought i broke something.. tightened the screw and now my bike is as good as new again. saved me a good buck or two, thanks!

I've read different advice about rim tape width on the internet/reddit/forums. Some say to match the width of the rim tape to the inner width of the rim, some say to add 2mm to each side so +4. My LBS mechanic said +1mm more on each side so +2mm. I have 30mm inner width rims. I ordered Reserve Wheels Rim Tape and in their description it says: Reserve recommends using tape that is 3 to 5mm wider than the inner rim width, as measured between the inside edges of the bead hooks of a rim. So I ordered 34mm rim tape. I haven't tried applying rim tape before so we'll see how it goes, I do have a heat gun to use though.

Wow Kyle. I felt very sorry for you when you shared your heart disease illness in your mtb channel those years ago, but since you didn´t expand on the matter I never knew it was related to a Covid vaccination program. Yes, covid vaccines were rushed at the time because we had to take our world back, but if it was known that there was a risk that those vaccines were going to have severe negative effects in a minimun percentage of the population, it would have been also fare and necessary to put in motion aid programs to help those that were going to be unlucky ones. Now I know that your goverment had such aid programs in place, but not only decided to rule out it´s application to those affected but that also restricted their rights to fight in court to access them. I sure hope that you can be a voice to help change such unjust measures.

Probably best video on tubeless installation. I have seen somewhere additional step of final pressing down of the tape by temporarily fitting a tube inside the tyre and inflating it. Could you please make a video on maintenance of the tubeless. How often does the sealant need to be replaced? Would you know if Schwalbe Marathon Plus and Schwalbe Smart Sam Plus could be used for tubeless?

I like heat gun hack (especially with Stans rim tape - it's stiff). Once warmed up, the tape lays down nicely in the channel. Ty!

Boeing got it wrong when they rushed through the 737 Max and killed all those people and were made to pay the price and accept their mistake, how can this be any different. Thanks to your teaching in this video and the other, how to tune a derailleur, video I was able to help someone at our local bike park today by quickly re-tuning their derailleur after a local shop totally butchered the job. Your way of teaching is second to none and all credit was given to you for this simplified knowledge! Thanks for everything Kyle!! My wife and I watch your How To’s any time we’re feeling a bit off on the trails. It always gets us back in the groove of things.
