Controller ??
Great machine! I would like to build one by myself. How much are the parts?
Can be possible to move the Y stepper motor from the other side of the frame? What is the reason to have the Y stepper motor so far from the belt?
Discord group ?
Hlo bhaiya hmri bi machine bna do
This is so great! I'm looking forward to building one!
That’s sounds great, looking forward to seeing your machine in action!
Excellent work! Any other videos of it in action? Really thinking of building one. Built a CNC mill about fifteen years ago, so quite interested to give this a try.
Thanks a lot, glad you like the design. Yeah the machine is quite similar to a CNC or 3D Printer 😄. I don’t have any videos right now of it in action, but I am planning to upload some in the future, but that might take a couple of months. If you have any detailed questions about the machine just write me on the openpnp discord channel 🙃.
Type of 3/2 way solenoid valve: Is it normally open (NO), normally closed (NC) NC or NO?
There is no NO or NC at a 3/2 Valve since one port is ether open or closed and the other way around with the other port. See the BOM for the link and exact part number in my GitHub Repro.
@@pixieplacer thank sir
Hello. What kind of thickness of aluminium mount plate for Z-axis hardware? Do you have any drawings or blueprints fo CNC job? Thank you.
The Z-Axis Backplate is 6mm thick. All the step files are available on the GitHub Repro. There you can download it and create your CNC Gcode as needed.
@@pixieplacer The reflective glass must be 5 mm thick? it’s just not available. I have only glass 1.1mm thick.
Greetings. In your BOM, what does Alu L bracket 58x58x3 and Alu Angle mean and where are they located? Thank you
The Alu L bracket and the Alu Angle are components to connect the aluminum extrusions together. They would be visible in the pictures of the frame: here a link to the component: images.app.goo.gl/rKUX4oY8fkG5Druj6
Ok. Thank you. I`ll find it@@pixieplacer
Great looking machine and well documented! I want to build something similar but with 3030 extrusions, so this will come in handy as inspiration!
The frame is plenty sturdy, but feel free to use the documents as an inspiration. Looking forward to seeing your results. 😁
@@pixieplacer No doubt about the sturdiness, 3030 is just more available to me and I use it everywhere, so if I ever disassembly it, I can reuse it.
automatic nozzle change? wow! Noice.
Thanks Rafael, you can find the CAD files on the GitHub page for the nozzle changer. Download the step file of the entire machine inorder to see how it is assembled. Further pictures can be found in the wiki about the nozzle changer. 📖
very nice!!
Do you have twitter?
No, but you can find me on Discord 😀
I sended you a friend request@@pixieplacer
I see something big come up.
Stay tuned... I am working on the follow up videos! Glad that you liked it ;)
Great job!
Thanks!
Excellent work
Thanks a lot 😀
