    Stop consuming gluten, meaning bread, red meat, fast food, soft drinks, and collagen, magnesium, vitamin A and D3 will help you a lot, of course, don't forget exercise and bodybuilding.

    Except in the book the suit had a hood and face cover to protect against the never ending sun and to catch any moisture that had evaporated through the skin of that exposed area. But I suppose some liberties had to be taken to keep showing the actor's faces.

      It's not that you get anything nutritious to eat from the shit - you just regain any water lost in it, most liquid is absorbed in the colon which directly precedes the rectum which is where all the solid waste and unabsorbed liquid passes to. The entire point of the still suit is to maintain minimal water loss in the desert - starvation takes a hell of a lot longer than dehydration, especially in the desert, so preserving your water volume is essential to staying alive if you find yourself stranded.

    • @mnomadvfx
      @mnomadvfx 3 роки тому

      @@watchingfrom92 Indeed - the book goes to every length to highlight just how much of a duality exists between water and spice and how essential they both are on Arrakis.
